Campground Information:

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RESERVE A CAMPSITE

Jam in the Valley has approximately 1,200 on-site “primitive” camping spaces.  Most of the campground areas are “open-spaced” with rolling fields and limited gravel road access. There are no electrical or water connections or dump stations available. Each site is roughly measured out to be 16ft x 45ft (720sq. feet) or roughly equal to 720sq feet.

Only one vehicle per campsite is allowed to park at campsites. All other vehicles planning on staying overnight/for the weekend must park in the Campground Visitor's Parking Lot. A $15 fee will be charged. Vehicles parked overnight in the Concert Parking Lot will be towed at the vehicle owners expense and the campsite owner will be charged an additional $50 to their credit card.

All persons camping in or utilizing Jam in the Valley campground facilities do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others. Prior to your arrival, please read the following rules and regulations. They are for your protection and to insure that your camping experience is enjoyable.

If you have any questions regarding any of the following operating times, procedures or rules, please call us at 1-866-787-0812 or locally at 585-535-7912. You may also email any questions you may have by using the "Contact Us" link on the top bar or at the bottom of this page.

Large Group Camping Information:

Large group camping is a convenience that Jam in the Valley provides. If you purchase 6 or more sites (with required amount of tickets) then you will receive a $5 discount per campsite.

Large group camping ensures that your group will be able to camp on consecutive sites. Large group campers will be allowed to come in a few days earlier than the general camping public to start set up. We allow this so that we can ease the process of getting 1,200 campsites loaded as the concert draws near.

Whoever's name is on the purchase of large group camping will be the "captain" of your group. Jam in the Valley staff will contact you and work on your arrangements for Jam in the Valley '08

Campers are parked in the order they arrive. If you want to camp with friends, you must arrive together.

To keep your reserved space, camping units which leave the site must make arrangements with Jam in the Valley campground management prior to leaving. Failure to do so could result in that camping space being lost to another camper..

Jam in the Valley reserves the right to reuse any space left unattended overnight without a permitted camper. Signs or staking of areas is not acceptable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Campers losing their space forfeit all camping privileges without refund. Any person possessing counterfeit camping permits or return passes will be ejected without refund and may be subject to prosecution.

Tent Camping:

All tents will be required to have an official "Jam in the Valley" tag attached at all times to the outside zipper pull. Each tent found not having an official tag will be charged the full gate price for camping. No exceptions will be made.

Two small or medium size tents or one large tent will be permitted per campsite. For sites with two small/medium tents, one camping tag will be sufficient provided it is visible from the access road. Only one car per site.

Security/Assistance:

Campground staff members are located at each campground entrance. They are there throughout the day and have instant radio communications with the proper authorities. Additional security personnel and Jam in the Valley staff are constantly roaming the campgrounds.

Should you see any situation requiring attention, please bring it to the attention of security, campground staff or report it to the Jam in the Valley office to the right side of the concert stage.

First Aid:

A 24 hour medical station is located at the entrance of camping area Two Shoes (Across from the Ticket Booth). Please note its location upon your arrival. For emergency service in the campgrounds, contact any security personnel or campground staff member for an immediate response.

Golf Cart Shuttle Service:

Free shuttle service is provided for those in need of assistance from the parking areas to the concert areas. All golf cart shuttles will operate from 2 p.m. until they are no longer needed. A limited number of shuttles will operate after the main acts have taken the stage.

Full shuttle service resumes immediately after the concert on Friday night and after the fireworks show on Saturday night, until it is no longer needed. All persons walking or riding the golf cart shuttles do so at their own risk.

Please arrive with plenty of drinking water. If you run out the General Store will have it on hand and you may purchase it there.

Garbage:

For health and safety reason, please contain all trash in plastic bags and place adjacent to your camper for pickup. Thank you.

Fires/Campfires/Protection:

All roads and fire lanes must remain free and clear of all vehicles, objects and obstructions. Unauthorized vehicles in these lanes will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Ground/grass damaged by fire can result in a $100 additional charge for your campsite.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted into the concert venue. Although we discourage you from bringing your pet, we do allow them into the camping areas. Please use your discretion when bringing your pet. Remember that this can be a long, hot, exhausting and overwhelming weekend for any pet to have to endure.

You must keep your pet under control at all times. All pets must be on a leash at all times. You must clean up after your pets. Pet owner and/or campsite renter are responsible for all pets actions.
